Accessing OAKS Financials

The myOhio site and OAKS Financials (OAKS FIN) are state of Ohio computer applications, which may be accessed and used only for official state business by authorized personnel. State employees access OAKS applications based on assigned security roles through the myOhio.gov website.

Steps

• Navigate to https://ohid.ohio.gov/wps/myportal/gov/myohio/.

 

1. Enter OH|ID User ID (8-digit employee number).

2. Enter Password.

3. Click Log In.

• My Workspace displays (some agencies may default to a My Agency page, if so, click the My Workspace).

 

5. Scroll down to the Quick Access section. 

6. Click on Financials.

• The Financial Operations homepage displays.
