OAKS FIN Billing Cycle Identifier Abbreviations

MTH = Month

EOQ = End of Quarter

QTR = Quarter

SEMI-ANN = Semi-Annual

R = Recurring

I = Installment

EOM = End of Month

Install = Installment

OAKS FIN Billing Cycle Identifier Example

For the Cycle ID of MTH-1-7-R, there are four key pieces of information embedded:

MTH means the billing cycle is monthly.
1 indicates it begins on the 1st of each month. OAKS FIN sends the invoice to the customer on the 1st of each month.
7 means that OAKS FIN creates this invoice seven days before the billing date. This means that OAKS creates the invoice seven days before the 1st of the month. This allows time to review the invoice before it is sent. This is typically for lease amounts or other things where the amount of bill is known in advance.
R indicates that this is a recurring bill.
