When a supplier's tax identification number (TIN) is changed, OSS Supplier Operations creates a new OAKS Supplier ID record and inactivates the old OAKS Supplier ID.  The old Supplier ID is marked "obsolete."  If a voucher is created during this time, it may be associated with the obsolete Supplier ID and, because it is inactive, the voucher won't pay. The new OAKS Supplier ID is referenced on the voucher address line. To resolve this issue:

The OBM Helpdesk will make the change and the vouchers will pay.
