Deleting ISTV Vouchers

For ISTV voucher deletions contact OBM State Accounting at OBM.ISTV.Deletes@obm.ohio.gov . Some things to keep in mind when submitting a request:

• Accounts Receivable Items should be in a closed status. If an item is still open, ensure the item is unposted, or a credit and maintenance worksheet (for the prior year) is completed
• Include at least one of the combinations in the request
• • AP Business Unit (Customer) and Voucher ID
  • AR Business Unit (Seller) and Item ID

• Allow 1-2 business days for requests to be completed

• OBM will not delete vouchers with incorrect origin codes on vouchers. Agencies will need to communicate internally to have the voucher approved.
