Adding Miscellaneous

1. This option requires a full description and receipt if over $10.
2. Investigative expenses would need the Miscellaneous expense type. An example would be purchasing ice for the Department of Natural Resources who take specimens and need ice for storing specimens.
3. Items not reimbursable as separate miscellaneous expenses include:
   • Tips;
   • Gratuities;
   • Books and supplies for online training taken at home;
   • Postage for mailing expense reports (prepaid envelopes are available); and
   • Taxi use is listed under Ground Transport Expense Type.
