Overdue AR Items may be placed in collection if the items are overdue by 45 days. Although OAKS FIN has an entry type of "write off a debt," the state does not write off receivables. Instead, the state Creates a Credit Memo to offset an uncollectible, using a Maintenance Worksheet.
